Well people.
Right now, I am a happy person.
About three months ago, I vowed to reinstall windows on my desktop machine. I did it on my dads laptop, and never got around to it on my desktop. Last night, stuff crashed on me for the last time. I rounded up all the driver CDs and Install CDs I could find and stormed to the PC. I used a really neat live CD called "SysRescue". It's pretty neat , I used a a program called nuke and boot. You can guess what it does. Anyway, that was taking far too long, so I decided to just use the reformat option on the windows install CD. It worked, and about 45 minutes later I was a happy person. It was about 1.00AM by the time all this was done, so I decided to go to sleep and install the drivers the next day. The drivers installed like clockwork, and XP is running blazing fast (well fast for windows). I have 80 gigs to play around with, so I might dual boot again. Not sure what distro yet, but I'm sure I'll decide sooner than later.

Easter?
Hm.
Today is Easter.
No big deal.
I got pretty pissed off at GameStop yesterday. I went in high hopes that I might have enough store credit built up to get the Orange Box again, but out of the 3 games I took there to trade in for store credit, they only took two. Half Life 2 had a small chip on the outside of the disc, which was the way I got it from gamestop, but they decided to be assholes and deny me my happiness.
As if that wasn't enough, I also had my spare Xbox 360 HDD in my jacket pocket, and asked the n00b of a clerk how much credit I could get for an Xbox 360 HDD. I added in that it was brand new, but apparently that doesn't matter? As he fumbled around on the computer, he mumbled "fiftee.." and trailed off at the end of the word. I said "fifty?" and he shot me down by saying, "No, fifteen."
15 dollars.
They were going to give me 15 dollars for something someone else will shell out 60 for!
That's ridiculous!
That's called a monopoly for all you kids at home.
I was pretty damn sure monopolies were illegal, but a friend corrected me.
Hmph.
Their loss.

Dear Mr. President,
Just in case you didn't see this posted on MySpace, Here it is again.
Please enlighten me. I believe I'm missing something. Typically, nothing good comes out of war. Although, your latest speech professes otherwise. Tell me now, Kids getting their legs blown off day after day, the U.S.
economy about to tank, and a 3 trillion dollar war, how does all of that make the world a "Safer, and Better Place?"
Our government has totally failed us. We need a revolution! And I hope I live to see it.

3.141592635...
Yeah,
So it's pi day once again. I celebrated this quirky holiday for the first time in 7th grade, I believe. When I was a dumb middle school kid, I'd wear a shirt with like 200 digits of pi copied on the back of it. I distinctly remember sitting at the computer, just copying pi for about 2 hours. It sucked, and I'll be honest. It wasn't worth it. I only messed up twice by the way.
Anyway, I had this extremely clever plan that made me feel like a damned genius - To make a blog post at 10:07PM on 3/14. Clever right? 10:07 is 22:07 In military time, and 22/7 is the fraction form of Pi, but I'm sure you already knew that.
Anyway, me being the lazy bastard that I am, I played some Halo 3, and decided I was tired. I took a short nap, and woke up at about 10:30PM. I missed it. I feel so dumb. I'm gonna go drink some bleach now.
Bye all.

Initial post
If I pointed you here, or if you somehow stumbled across my blog, Welcome.
I'm using this to slowly migrate away from MySpace. It's too cliche for me.
Anyway, More to come sooner than later.
